We're really easy to find.

Just drive out of Manapouri away from the lake and you'll be at the driveway in a couple of minutes.

How to contact us / make a booking / enquire

We're always happy to answer any question you might have for us. We prefer the good old fashion phone call, just because we have no office staff working for us. You are welcome to drop us an email and we'll try to reply within 24 hours. If you haven’t heard back from us, please don’t hesitate to call!

Booking enquiries

Please note: payment is in cash or credit card on arrival. The closest ATM is in Te Anau. Please note that if you pay by credit card there is a 3% service fee.

Booking and cancelation policies:

Once we’ve received your phone or internet booking, the booking counts as confirmed. You must confirm with us if you intend to arrive later than 6pm. For this reason please advise us on your booking what time you intent to come. Check out time is 10am if not otherwise agreed in advance.

Cancellations - Should you need to cancel your booking within 5 days of your arrival, you will be liable to pay a cancellation fee of the full amount.
